As a co-founder of Jack Leckerman, an innovative event organizing company, I embarked on a journey that tested my design and marketing acumen. Our mission was to create memorable and impactful events that would resonate with the bio-pharmaceutical industry and attract high-profile clients. My partner focused on sales and production, while I took charge of the creative and marketing aspects, ensuring our brand stood out in a competitive market.

Starting from scratch, we had no built reputation as a company. We faced the challenge of presenting Jack Leckerman as a well-established and trustworthy European firm with international reach entering LatAm market. We built a corporate type of image that would match the scale of the companies we targeted: Roche, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, among many others.

Brand Development
  • Positioning and Strategy: I conducted extensive market research to understand our target audience and competitive landscape. This informed our brand positioning, ensuring we communicated a unique value proposition as a reputable European firm capable of delivering high-quality international events.

  • Writing and Messaging: I crafted our brand’s voice and messaging to resonate with biopharmaceutical professionals and providers, creating a narrative that was both engaging and reflective of our expertise and reliability.

Design and Visual Identity
  • Logo and Visual Elements: Designed a distinctive logo that encapsulated our brand's essence of trustworthiness and international reach. This was extended to various visual elements ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Digital and Print Platforms: Developed designs for our website, online marketing materials, email campaigns, and digital ads. This included the creation of promotional videos that effectively showcased our events and services.

  • Print Materials: Designed brochures, magazines, and event scenery that maintained the visual identity and appealed to our target market.

  • Event Recognition: Our third event was featured in "El Economista," the most reputable financial newspaper in Mexico. This milestone not only validated our efforts but also significantly boosted our credibility and visibility in the market.

  • Skill Acquisition: Throughout this project, I honed specific design skills, including digital illustration, layout design, and video editing. I also improved my project management abilities, particularly in collaborating effectively with partners and external vendors.
